the lovely village of Adare

Jessica and I made it down for breakfast and left Emma to sleep in a little longer.  We both enjoyed the Poached Eggs over Toast with Cheese on top served with Sausage and Tomatoes.breakfast.2.marless

Left Salthill around 9:30am and arrived in Adare two hours later. Light rain, mist, and a little fog on and off with overcast skies. Our room at Adare Country House was not ready to check in so we walked around the village and stopped in Pat Collins Pub for Emma to get a bite to eat and Jessica and I enjoyed Baileys Coffee. An Irish Coffee is coffee with a shot of Jameson Whiskey.

  1. Grandma likes your pictures. She said you really picked some nice places to stay. Too bad the sun isn’t out. It looks a little chilly. Keep posting all the food pics. Love them.

  2. The food looks wonderful! The towns appear to be so quaint and friendly. Looks like you all are enjoying the trip! Tell Emma that Tater will be nice and spoiled when you guys get back. She is sleeping with Amaya every night!
